The crowd at St. Peter's Square

This is a composite of four photos we took at St. Peter's Square. The Pope (underneath the red canopy as well as on the big-screen TV to the right) was giving a thanksgiving speech to the 250,000 pilgrims who showed up in Rome for the canonization of Josemarìa Escrivá (1902-1975, founder of Opus Dei). Compare this with a view of the square on the next morning.
